Relax and rejuvenate at a 3 night Women’s Road Cycling, Nutrition and Yoga getaway at the foot of Mont Ventoux. Enjoy a weekend of road cycling, sessions on sports nutrition and yoga in the comfort of our chambre d’hôte.
This women’s cycling weekend is all about surrounding yourself with like-minded supportive women who lift each other up and want to have a ton of fun doing it. It is time to getaway from the every day and take a break for YOU doing something that you love.

We’re going to get out and about on our road bikes taking in the beautiful scenery and of course for those who want to, take on the Ventoux climb. We will also have fun and informative sessions with Danielle our nutrition expert who can help answer your questions on the right food for sport, and a relaxing yoga session with Lila, our hatha yoga instructor with sessions that take inspiration from her many years in India. Dinner will be made with delicious food and wine from the region. All this will ensure that you have an amazing time and you will leave feeling relaxed, invigorated and inspired and ready to take on the world again.

Our accommodation in Provence provides beautiful views in a natural and tranquil setting with comfortable rooms giving you everything you need for a good nights sleep and relaxation. There is also an option to book in for an hours massage if you really want to get your body relaxed.

Our location means that it is easily accessible by rail, air or road. Marseille airport is just over one hour from us with many airlines flying into, these include, British Airways, Easyjet, Ryanair and many more other European airlines. If you do not fancy the plane you can always come by train, Avignon TGV station is 40minutes from ours. To ensure your weekend starts off as relaxing as it will continue we can organise your transfer and return from the airport or station for a small fee, just let us know and we can discuss this further with you.
If you have looked at your flight times and decide you would like to stay an additional night either before or after the event just let us know and I am sure we can come up with a good deal to help you out.

The Team

Lila

In 1974 Lila went to India to the south, in Kerala she was initiated to Advaita Vedanta and Yoga. She also discovered two forms of sacred arts; the Kathakali-danced theater and the Mohiniyattam.
She decided to stay in this preserved land and deepen these teachings at their source. The discipline of Hatha Yoga has given her the balance and clarity necessary to practice these two forms of sacred art.

In 2009 she came back Paris where she discovered the Yoga teaching given by Sylvie Toussaint. After many years of diligent practice in Japan, Sylvie Toussaint developed a clear approach to this discipline, remarkable for simplicity and accuracy. Inspired by his teaching, Lila now teaches numerous Yoga classes to groups and individuals.

Dani

Dani is a Registered Dietitian (R.D.) qualifying with a First-class BSc in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Surrey. She is currently extending her knowledge of performance nutrition by studying an MSc in Applied Sports Nutrition at St Mary’s University in London.

Dani is presently working at Fitstuff Sports Clinic in Surrey working with coaches and individuals to provide nutritional support for both recreational and competitive endurance athletes. As a competitive cyclist, Dani has experience of getting the body ‘race ready’ and applies this knowledge in developing nutrition plans and strategies for her athletes.

Dani also works as a clinical Dietitian for the NHS supporting individuals with various conditions. In addition to dietary treatment, Dani focuses on nutritional counselling and behaviour change to improve individuals long-term health and wellbeing.

Karen & Spencer

Having both spent several years living and working across the world we found nowhere more relaxing than when we holidayed in Provence. Our passion for cycling, the scenery and of course the region’s food and wine meant that we returned numerous times each year. We felt that this was somewhere we would like to live to really get the most out of life and to escape from the pace of city life. Our travels have taken us to many different hotels and B&B’s across the world and with our experience in the service industry and passion for cycling we felt we should open our own place to allow others to experience the same hidden secrets that Provence has to offer.

Sport has always been a big part of our lives, Spencer’s passion for road cycling started young and has continued to grow as he has. He is an experienced road racer both in France, UK and other parts of Europe. Over the number of years we have been here he has built up a vast knowledge of local routes and hidden secrets that makes every ride spectacular. He is an experienced guide with thousands of Km’s under his belt guiding people from all around the world and supporting people of all levels.

After meeting Spencer, and suffering a career ending leg injury, Karen switched from running to cycling. She likes to take things a little bit more slowly on two wheels than Spencer and loves exploring the sights and sounds of Provence. She has participated in some of the more challenging European cyclo-sportives and still likes to get the Km’s in. After studying sport science at university Karen still has a keen interest in how to improve you sporting performance through the use of Sport science and what developments are happening in this field.
