As we know off the bike is also important for health, wellbeing and recovery. We can provide nutritious meals to compliment your activities to ensure you have the right foods aid your recovery.We also have a stretching room which has foam rollers mats and pilates bands where you can stretch out after a day on the bike and if you want to live like a pro we can arrange a recovery massages at our accommodation with a former grand tour soigneur who can get your legs back into shape ready for the next day on the bike.
Our accommodation is also set up to ensure you can relax fully when you are back from your ride. We have great indoor and outdoor space where you can relax by the pool or on one of our numerous terraces, cook a post ride lunch in our guest kitchen or catch up on the latest cycling news in our lounge area by either making use of our extensive cycling library or television.Even the most avid of cyclists need a bit of time out of the saddle, and Provence is a fantastic region to relax, whether it be the lavender fields of Sault, wine tasting in the world famous vineyards of the Cote du Rhone or the ancient historical cities of Avignon and Orange we can help arrange the right thing for you.
