Having trained and competed at home and around Europe we have drawn on our experiences to develop our facilities with the requirements of cyclists and training athletes at the forefront. One of the biggest examples of this is our Cycling Hub, a dedicated cycle area converted to become be a communal point for meeting, relaxing and for people to share their cycling experiences, with a supported workshop area and tool kits, secure cycle storage, and breakfast bar to enjoy a coffee and unwind after a great days riding.

One thing we found frustrating when being away from home training related to food, sometimes after a long ride instead of going out for dinner we would have preferred to cook a basic meal, with that in mind we have converted our small barn into a Guest Kitchen, with fully kitchen facilities, a large fridge, and tables and benches for the times when you would prefer to dine in instead of eating out.

We have also added small touches to help improve your stay, both on the bike but also in your relax and recovery time, this includes stocking SiS sports drinks and gels, a stretching room, cycle library, kit washbags in every room, and lots of mounted maps and artwork to help you immerse yourself into your cycling adventure.
